I just finished The Wonder Years about ten minutes ago. I’ve never cried so much over a show in my life. It was an emotional onslaught and a sad realization that one of the most important shows in my life was over. This was my family now, and now they’re gone. I cannot even believe how dead I am after seeing it all end. I saw these characters go through so much. In just 40 minutes this show had more emotional resonance, beauty, nostalgia, life, heart, and power than most other shows have in their entire run. Ugh. If you haven’t seen this show in full, go now.
